How Do I Join?
Step 1
First, come on down for a free beginners' class. Click here for the schedule and to pre-register. You can attend as many free beginners' classes as you'd like, to get a taste of CrossFit workouts and to see if PCF might be a good fit for you. (Alternatively, if you already know CrossFit is for you, feel free to skip ahead to Step 2 and sign up for Foundations.)
We prefer that people pre-register for beginners' class, but if you have any trouble doing so, just come to the scheduled class and we'll be happy to put you through our workout.
Step 2
Everyone must complete Private Foundations or a Test Out (if eligible) prior to becoming a member.
- Private Foundations is 6 classes setup around your schedule. You can do this as a one-on-one, or form your own group of up to four athletes. To schedule Private Foundations, email info@patriotcrossfit.
- Test Out: A Test Out is a one hour test of your CrossFit knowledge and ability designed for athletes who have been through a Foundations (or On Ramp/Elements) series at another Crossfit gym and have been training Crossfit regularly. To schedule a Test Out, please contact us at info@patriotcrossfit.com. The cost for a one hour Test Out is $60.

Step 3
Once you have successfully completed Foundations or a Test Out, you are eligible for a Workout of the Day Class Membership or Personal Training with our coaches.
