    Fun morning with Dan…..Once my eyes recovered from the Rainbow-Brite dumbells.

    Mostly strict ring dips with some 5#.

    Metcon was a tale of good and bad. On the good, I finally put together decent strings of double under (10 at one point). Bad news was bonking pretty quickly on the snatch. Finall tally was 3 + 37 doing 45 seconds du work per round, 65# snatch.

    In keeping with color schemes to stay organized and efficient, might it be helpful to paint the bathroom doors pink and blue for woman and men respectively?

    Dips: one orange band. Got a great tip from Dan on how to kip so I can get rid of the band.

    Metcon: 4+35 rx’d. Tight shoulders slowed me down a bit.
