Some sort combination of level 1 and level 2 in 36:30. 1/2 mile runs, 100 banded pull ups, 100 strict push ups, 150 squats. I’m amazed at the people who can Rx that non sense.

48:16. 100 pull-up w/ purple & orange band, 200 push-up on knees, 300 squats + 2 miles. This was 9 minutes faster than the last time I did it which makes me think that Dan or Aaron stopped the clock and then started it again to make me feel better. Thank to Laura and Emily for cheering me on to get all rounds in!

Well done Louis. What is this black band you speak of? I am only aware of green, purple, red and orange.

@Mickey, the black band is supposed to give 100 lbs of resistance, and the green is supposed to give 60 lbs, which means that if I was a 100 lbs woman I would be awesome at pull-ups.

Very happy with this time! My running was bad as expected but not as bad as I expected ! I think my last time on this was like 51 min but that was 2 years ago.

Did L1 (2 miles, 75/150/225) in 43:30. Really wanted to RX this, but arms weren’t making my life easy. Thanks to Richard for yelling at me during my last 400 M. #Motivation

@Louis- I have literally never even seen black bands at Patriot. Are they somewhere secret or with all the others, thus making me an oblivious asshole?

@mickey I bought my own, it was that or forever doing horizontal ring rows.
