An Arlington native, Jack has worked in various settings of public health including physical therapy and strength & conditioning, bringing 7 years of CrossFit coaching experience to Patriot. He possesses the knowledge, skills, abilities, and the dedication to serve as a true asset to this CrossFit community.
For Jack, living a healthy lifestyle is a top priority. He prides himself on the proven ability to inspire others to live the same way. When it comes to training and guiding others to excel physically, he his fully and genuinely committed to make their goals his own.

Not until I started Crossfit did I realize the importance of believing in myself and the true importance of community. I went from having doubt in myself to confidence, from frustration to devotion. In 2017 I had the opportunity to compete at Regionals as a Team and the following year in 2018 as an Individual. Crossfit is built on so much more than fitness. It is a community of incredible athletes and people. It is the people within each gym that inspire me to be a better athlete and coach everyday.
